I just finished putting in a bass line. I ended up using a kick beat for it, and I think it sounds pretty decent. It took me about a week to finish up, but it was worth it, i like the loop I came up with. It has a really techno feel to it, that I find makes me want to get up and dance. I made up my own sounds for it, then used a snare, DNC kick, and an FLS tom drum 02. Check out my page if you want to hear it.

It's missing bass. I hear a real emptiness in the tonal spectrum.
ReplyDeleteYour synth sounds a lot like a guitar, well done on the design of your synth.
That beginning is wicked. Sounds like a game over in a video game. Then that high pitched synth (first one) sounds like the beginning of an old something bit. :D The second synth sounded nice, a bit calmer. :)
